Join Our Mentorship Program and forge meaningful connections with current and future business leaders

At Antwerp Management School, we want to foster mutually rewarding connections throughout our community – between alumni and students, and among alumni. Our mentorship Program was launched to provide students with the ability to build professional skills and connect with alumni working in their field of interest. The program also aims to support coaching or mentorship among alumni.

 Why enter the mentorship program?

Becoming a mentor at Antwerp Management School is more than just an opportunity to guide the next generation of business leaders—it's a chance to enrich your own professional journey. As a mentor, you’ll enjoy a number of benefits, including:

  • Strengthening your connection with students and the Antwerp Management School community.
  • Accessing innovative thinkers who bring fresh perspectives and ideas.
  • Enhancing your leadership skills by guiding and supporting future professionals.
  • Making a significant impact in the life of a current student, helping them navigate their academic and professional journey.

Why Join as a mentee?

As a mentee,  you will be connected with alumni who have been where you are now and are ready to share their journeys to help you navigate yours. By joining, you’ll get personalized support on academic and career questions, giving you the confidence and skills you need to succeed. The mentorship program focuses on 3 main paths: Entrepreneurship, Career Development & Working in Belgium (for Internationals), but you can also broach different topics and discuss them with your mentor.

The program offers an opportunity to learn from professionals from top companies such as Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, Adobe and other leading organizations across various industries. This is a unique chance to build lasting connections, gain invaluable perspectives, and equip yourself with the tools to make a meaningful impact in your field.

What is expected from a mentoring duo?

Overview of the Mentoring relationship

A mentoring relationship is more than just a senior guiding a more junior profile; you can become friends, a resource to each other and a catalyst for success and fulfilment.
