The Alumni-HRM is the HR-community that offers all alumni interested in HR to: 

•    Share their HR passion, knowledge and insight with each other,

•    learn about the practice-relevant results of recent research, 

•    exchange experiences and debate with other HR professionals,

•    maintain friendly and professional contacts in a relaxed manner.

Target group – Who?

•    The prior target group are the alumni of the Master in HRM, the Masterclass in HRM, the IAO-program.

•    Temporary addressed: the participants of the HR-linked modules on sustainable HR and sustainable leadership.

•    Not targeted in promotion, but welcome: all other people passioned in HRM being  potential participants of our future programs.

We do this by …  - How?

•    HR-Challenges: Two evening sessions per year on a topical subject. Together with prominent guests and experts, we seek the essence of a theme, we engage in dialogue and debate, we learn by word of mouth, we sharpen our insights by agreeing and disagreeing. These HR Challenge evenings are not mere presentations or lectures. Something unique is happening in the room. You can only experience it on the spot.

•    HR update: Two online seminars (webinars) a year about recent research, an inspiring vision, a concrete practical example that is special, etc. It may involve a contribution from an international authority, an alumnus, an AMS researcher, an HRD, etc.
